Our company provides warranty for all the sold equipment and performed works. Warranty period is valid for 1 year, and 2 years in special cases. During warranty period Customer has the right for free of charge trouble-shooting, caused by factory damage of the equipment or by unqualified installation/maintenance works. Preventive maintenance is not included in warranty.
12 months warranty is given to the new installed components and is valid from the date of installation under condition of observance of maintenance service recommendations. Warranty for repair works is valid for 30 days and refers to the similar fault during operation of the unit or to the fault, which is caused by installation or service works.
Service team works 24 hours 7 days a week for you.
After an expiry of the warranty period, it is advised to conclude a contract for after warranty service.

AFTER WARRANTY SERVICE AND REPAIR
Qualified specialist of maintenance team make repair of the equipment on-site. In case of necessity of full dismantling and flaw detection of separate junctions (compressors, heat exchangers, etc) repair is made on conditions of service maintenance. The immediacy of maintenance team’s work was confirmed more than once in cases of prevention and elimination of alarm modes in meat-processing factory “Darja”, Fish-processing factory ¹ 1, “Europe” hotel, and many others.
Emergency repair and installation of the compressor within 18 hours enabled to preserve the banana batch on the firm “Gamma”, which was in a storage room.
Variants of service maintenance contracts:

Contract for periodical service maintenance.
Aircool Co bears the responsibilities for periodical planned service of the object by vast program (once per month or per quarter), including more than 30 positions for control and testing (checking for refrigerant leak detection, operational parameters of pressure and temperature set points, adjustment of automatic devices, etc.). In this case the cost of annual maintenance comes to 3-5% from the cost of refrigerating equipment according to the agreed periodicity of visits. -
Contract for maintenance at the Customer’s call.
The employees of the maintenance team “Aircool” come to the object in case of alarm at the Customer’s call (Customer’s written notification or telephone call). -
Refrigerating equipment is supplied with monitoring system (the system of built-in pressure, temperature probes, etc.), which enables to control all the necessary operational characteristics of the plant and to get automatic signals about malfunctions to mobile phone. This variant is ideal for enterprises with non-stop production cycle and enables to reach highly efficient maintenance without participation of trained personnel.
The warranty of service works is valid from 1 to 6 months according to the agreed terms.
