One of the main factors, determining quality and commercial appearance of products, is an observance of the required temperature condition during their transportation and storage. Thus it is necessary to control temperature during the whole delivery cycle from manufacturer to consumer, especially at receipt of the products at storehouses after their transportation to find out their “history”, i.e. possible deviations from temperature conditions during transportation and to find out latent defects.

Based on great experience of the usage of electronic control and monitoring units in control boards of refrigerating plants Aircool Co offers device ACC-003 TR of its own production for automatic temperature registration.

Application:

Devices ACC-003 TR – air temperature data-logger and ACC-003 TR_I – temperature data-logger inside the object (product), including liquids, are designed for:

• temperature monitoring in refrigerating rooms, windows, baths and other users of refrigeration;
• temperature monitoring at transportation of fresh perishable and frozen products by rail way and motor refrigerator transport;
• control and optimization of technological processes of refrigerated processing of products;
• determination of optimal parameters of refrigerating plant and air conditioning systems operation.

Peculiarities of temperature data-logger:

• every device has its own unique identification number, which guarantees its protection from counterfeit measurement;
• temperature registration in real time;
• quantity of the memorized measured values not less than 2048 in non-volatile memory, which allows to store the series of measurement during a year (the periodicity of measurement is 255 min.);
• 10 years of self-autonomous operation of the device;
• no need in any additional power sources;
• ACC-003TR_i housing is made of stainless steel (diameter 16mm), thus the device is waterproof and protected from ice, acids, oil, mud and influence of electromagnetic field;
• software of this device allows to make step-by-step adjustment of operation modes, read out and store measured values and display them graphically and documentary;
• the program realizes possibilities of operational system Windows and allows to import and introduce the data in other supplements (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
