Refrigerating rooms and storehouses

Aircool Co recommends to use foamed polyurethane sandwich-panels of EMS as heat insulating material for refrigerating storehouses of big volume. This choice is determined by the combination of ideal panels geometry, their quality and competitive price. At difference in 20-30% from the cost of Russian manufactured sandwich-panels the Customer, as a result, gets great advantages in long-lasting exploitation of a storehouse and mounting companies – comfort and accuracy at mounting, reliability and rightness in geometric and exploitation parameters of the used insulating material, moreover in many cases it is used as supporting construction.

The thickness of sandwich-panels is selected according to the functionality of a storehouse and storage temperature. According to the project floor of refrigerating storehouse is made of specialized insulation and protecting system from ground freezing. As upper layer of a floor a covering of polymeric material or covering “Master Top” are used. For lighting water-resisting and freeze-resisting lamps are used, equipped with switching on at low temperatures. In places of intensive handling machine passage metal impingement are installed, preventing damage of insulation and refrigerating doors. The supply of equipment for refrigerating rooms and storehouses includes refrigerating gates and doors, selected during projecting from the wide range of types and standard sizes.

Nevertheless the building comprises several stages, it is made within shortest time due to usage of modern building technologies and specialized lifting machines.

The choice of standard size of room or working out of a project is offered to the Customer. The standard supply of mountable refrigerating room includes refrigerating door of a certain thickness according to the type of a room (low-temperature – 100 or 120mm, medium-temperature – 60 or 80mm), curtains and pressure regulating valve for low-temperature rooms, decorative profile for inner design, floor covering, lighting. The rooms are equipped with refrigerating units on the basis of piston and screw compressors Bitzer (Germany). All the units are manufactured on the basis of modern compressor and heat exchanging equipment, which coincide with the rules and norm of exploitation on the territory of Russia.

At the present moment there is an increased demand for refrigerating rooms and storehouses of versatile usage with the storage temperature +4…-25 ⁰C. Application of algorithm for regulation of temperature modes, precise air temperature regulation, evaporating temperature in air coolers makes change of a room in any temperature mode easy and convenient for the personnel without help of Aircool Co service men. Besides, usage of evaporating pressure and temperature regulating systems in the rooms allows to decrease the drying process of product at long-lasting storage.
