Plants of central refrigeration supply are units, allowing to unite all the users of refrigeration with approximately equal temperature in overall cycle.

System of central refrigeration supply has a number of unquestionable advantages before refrigerating equipment with built-in refrigerating units:

• high reliability and durability due to usage of several compressors and favourable conditions of exploitation;
• there is no need of stopping of operation of trading equipment for repair or planned maintenance, while repair is made in machine room;
• there is not only considerable reduce of exploitation and amortization costs, but also of capital outlays, and so the more users of refrigeration, the more efficient usage of this system;
• such negative effects, as noise and high temperature in trading room, are excluded, bringing much physical and psychological comfort to the consumers, while machine equipment of the system is located in a special room;
• usage of such system allows to reduce expenses for conditioning of the rooms, while the heat, eliminated by condenser, does not reach trading areas, thus there is no need in expensive and high-capacity plants for air conditioning;
• this system works automatically, thus there is no need in interference of service personnel;
• shop system equipment, connected to the system of central supply of refrigeration can be arranged in lines of any length, and the angles of breaks can be optional.

Refrigerating plant is equipped with:

• semi-hermetic compressors Bitzer;
• external air condenser Alfa Laval or Guentner;
• low and high pressure gauges;
• high and low pressure relays Danfoss for every compressor;
• oil separator Schultze;
• liquid receiver Bitzer;
• self-produced electric board with micro process control unit;
• electronic microprocessors Eliwell, Carel, Danfoss.
