Operation principle:
Operation principle of air drier is based on condensation of moisture from air at its contact with the cold surface, the temperature of which is below the dew point of air. Air drier operates in the following way: fan supplies air from the room to evaporator (cold sink) of refrigerating plant, moisture from the air is condensed, drained in tray and then into ductwork, and the dried air is heated on condenser (warm sink) and supplied into the room.
The drier operates in automatic mode, and energy, consumable by the drier, is returned by emission of heat into the room. The drier is controlled by humidity probe, installed on air input to the drier.
Peculiarities:
Peculiarity of the dries, designed by the company, is that the possibility of icing of evaporator is excluded from all the operational range of temperature and humidity, thus there is no need in its periodical defrosts.
