Plate quick freezers
Applied for:

freezing of fish and filleted fish, shrimps and other sea products;

vegetable mixtures;

meat fillet and meat half-finished products.

quick freezer complies with strict hygienic standard and is assembled from thoroughly chosen ecologically friendly components and materials and has all the necessary certificates;

there is a possibility of production of “on-board” and “on-shore” models with air or water condensers.
The freezer consists of:
-
blocks from horizontal plates;
-
hydraulic station, made by Dutch company “Dybvad”;
-
refrigerating unit on the basis of compressors of the German company BITZER;
-
control board.
The process of freezing occurs in the following way:
Block-forms, made of stainless steel or food aluminum, with fish or sea products are placed between the unit plates. These plates are pressed, making some definite pressing force of the product and good heating contact. Inside the plates refrigerant boils under low pressure, taking heat from the frozen fish. Direct contact of products with cooling plates intensifies their cooling and freezing. The freezing process lasts for 1,5-2 hours.
