At the present moment we produce low temperature units of AKVN series, medium temperature units of AKVS series, tunnel fluidized units of ATF-A series and fluidized units of ATF-R series.

LOW-TEMPERATURE UNITS AKVN

These units are applied:

• as a part of plants of central cooling supply for quick freezers of different application;
• ice-cream hardening tunnels;
• freezing tunnels;
• low-temperature storehouses;
• supply of technological processes of production.

Application Advantages:

• all the units are equipped with economizer, which allows to reduce electric energy consumption considerably;
  - the system of oil temperature control allows to install oil cooler as inside, as outside the room;
• micro process compressor regulation provides optimal operation of the unit, equal operating time of every compressor, which increases reliability and durability and reduces exploitation expenses.

Unit comprises:

• screw semi-hermetic compressors Bitzer HSN series, equipped with economizer, capacity control 75-100%, shutoff valves on suction and discharge lines;
• air cooled remote condenser GUENTNER;
• air cooled oil cooler ALFA LAVAL;
• high and low pressure gauges;
• high and low pressure relays for every compressor;
• liquid separator with heat exchanger and filter on suction line;
• oil separator with thermoctatic elements of oil heating and thermostat;
• oil supply line to compressor: shutoff and solenoid valves, filter, sight glass and flow switch;
• horizontal receiver with safety valve, shutoff valve on output and sight glasses;
• filter-drier, sight glass and shutoff valve on liquid line;
• system of keeping of condensation pressure;
• electric board with electronic control unit. Control of the unit is made through the temperature in the cooled room or suction pressure.

Additional equipage of the unit (on request):

• water cooled condenser;
• water oil cooler;
• oil cooler – “Thermal siphon”;
• air cooler (tunnel, cubic, ceiling).

MEDIUM-TEMPERATURE UNITS

These units are applied:

• as a part of plants of central cooling supply of vegetable store;
• medium-temperature storerooms;
• as a part of water chillers.

The unit comprises:

• screw semi-hermetic compressors Bitzer HSN series, equipped with economizer, capacity control 75-100%, shutoff valves on suction and discharge lines;
• air cooled remote condenser GUENTNER;
• air cooled oil cooler ALFA LAVAL;
• high and low pressure gauges;
• high and low pressure relays for every compressor;
• suction header with oil return system;
• oil separator with thermoctatic elements of oil heating and thermostat;
• oil supply line to compressor: shutoff and solenoid valves, filter, sight glass and flow switch;
• horizontal receiver with safety valve, shutoff valve on output and sight glasses;
• filter-drier, sight glass and shutoff valve on liquid line;
• system of keeping of condensation pressure;
• electric board with electronic control unit. Control of the unit is carried out through the temperature in the cooled room or suction pressure.
